FARCO is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various engineering projects, primarily focusing on project estimates and structural engineering. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates from engineering programs who are looking to kick-start their careers in project management within the construction industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, 2D drawings, 3D models, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
  • Review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to uphold FARCO's reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Uphold a safe workplace environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of structural and civil engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams     and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
